Healthcare Design: Dr. Parmar Dental Suite

JSR Associates, Inc. has recently completed a dental suite for Dr. Rashmi Parmar, a specialist in cosmetic dentistry. The goal of the project was to provide a healing and welcoming environment for patients while adding as little square footage as possible.

Transformation
The office has been transformed from a clinical, functional space into a home-like warm environment. The overall space has received a "Wow!" from patients and a comfort level that promotes a healing environment.

Patients Love It
One patient was waiting in the operatory and decided to go back to the lobby to wait, bib and all, because he enjoyed the soothing sounds of the water from the fountain. Tongue and groove cork with a cork underlayment was utilized to provide standing comfort for the doctor and her assistants. Previously consultation and the Doctor's office were in non-daylit spaces. Each now have a window to the exterior, indirect lighting, and task lighting available.
