Epiphany House

Epiphany House is a 33-unit congregate care facility in Baltimore with supportive services for low-income, frail senior citizens. Located in what used to be a deteriorated pre-Civil War era building, Epiphany House was established in 1985 to allow local seniors to remain in their community in a supportive living environment.

The current multi-source funded renovations update the facility’s basic systems, while the amenities and design offer an enhanced environment for residents. Epiphany House residents receive at least one meal a day in the dining room, assistance from a 24-hour on-site staff, and health assessments by a visiting nurse. Volunteer run programs provide special meals, monthly entertainment, personal care, and companionship for the residents.
