Indoor Air Quality

The air in our homes can sometimes be even more polluted than outdoor air. Because people spend a lot of time indoors, the quality of the air indoors can affect their health. Remodeling or renovating an existing home not only has the potential to release pollutants into the home; it is also an opportunity to make changes that will improve the indoor air quality in your home. For more information, see Indoor Air Quality at epa.gov.
