Patrick Hogan has a background in Industrial Electrical Project Management. Prior to joining the team at JSR Associates, Inc. he was a project manager for Aztec Electric. He completed the oversight and management for renovated and new buildings on M Street in Georgetown in Washington, DC, as well as construction projects in Virginia and Maryland. Patrick provides contract administration and project management services for JSR Associates, Inc. His experience includes on-site contract administration and turnkey services for The Lenox on the Lake, a 127 unit assisted living project located in Lauderhill, Florida; Lynmoore St. Lucie, a 60 bed assisted living project in Ft. Pierce, Florida; and the Meadows, three 16 unit assisted living “household” buildings located at Brooke Grove Retirement Village in Sandy Spring, Maryland.
Patrick’s volunteer experience includes participating as a Board of Director for Concert Theater Artists in Baltimore, Maryland; being a Sailing Coach at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland; and being a Big Brother in the Big Brother/Big Sisters Program in Connecticut. As a US Sailing Certified Instructor, Patrick has international sailing experience. His favorite sailing vessels are multi-hulls, and he has won the Governor’s Cup in a Corsair Trimaran and placed in many of the Corsair National races over the last several years.
