After presenting at the Chemical Fabrics and Film Association (CFFA), Jane Rohde was approached by Spradling about completing an educational program for the A/D community. Subsequently, JSR Associates, Inc. developed the content, graphic design, and scripting for a one-house continuing education program (CEU). A train the trainer program was developed for the Education Director for exclusive use and IDCEC and AIA certification was completed for the programs developed. In addition to providing the technical content and training, Jane Rohde was asked to review and provide an advertorial on a newly introduced product from Spradling International, Inc. that included no bromated flame retardant and no antimicrobial additives. JSR provided an introduction of the product in context with healthcare coated fabrics market trends, description of new product attributes and existing product comparisons, position paper on the reasons for development, and performance characteristics for Spradling that emphasized the importance of selecting the right upholstery for the correct application to support the Owner Program Requirements (OPR) for a healthcare space.
