JSR Associates, Inc. provided programming, design and detailing review, interior design finish selection review and senior living consulting services for Welbrook’s new assisted living setting in Redondo Beach, California that included a household design concept for Memory Care. Design work included space planning and analysis, finish material and color selection verification for the care population, all furniture and window treatment specification and procurement, and innovative thematic signage and artwork and accessory installation based upon the needs of an elder care population including residents with dementia.
